BSA Grout Pumping Package

For many years our sales team has been asked while assisting on grout pours, “why can we not pump the material?” The answer was - embarrassingly - simple: “we don’t have a pump!” Well, now we do.

Over the past 3 years our team has made a large investment in pumping technology. In those 3 years, our team has pumped hundreds of pieces of equipment in some of the largest petrochemical and refining facilities in Texas, alongside some of the biggest names in the mid-stream sector. The focus of our company has not changed: we offer solutions to help with quality, efficiency, and reliability with the best service in our market, and our pump package fits right in line with that.

Our package includes an enclosed trailer, grout pumps, generators, pressure washer, all other miscellaneous materials needed for pumping (hose, clamps, etc), and one service technician to instruct pump operation.

Typically, we will show up a day or more in advance to evaluate the current state of the job site, layout the pumping plan, and get all equipment in place. In addition to our technician, our grout representative will be on-site as well to ensure everything goes according to plan.

The benefits of pumping are widespread and significant, for both contractors and end-users:

  • Reduction in labor needs

    • Financial Savings

    • Less Reliance on specific personnel or crews

  • More organized, efficient, and simple

    • No (or less) need for headboxes, scaffolding, wheelbarrows, buckets, etc

  • Added flexibility

    • Pump and mixer can be placed further away from equipment if necessary

  • Significant safety improvements

    • Less bodies moving up, down, and around job-site and equipment (or scaffolding)

  • Cleaner job-site

    • Significantly less cleanup of concrete, base, and equipment during and after job

When paired with our Chockfast HF, the end result is unparalleled in the market. Competitors will cut aggregate in their grouts to achieve flowability that still pales in comparison to Chockfast HF. This creates disastrous outcomes as working time is compromised and costly voids are left under the equipment.
