Basetek Poxybases for ANSI/ASME Pump Bases

To compliment our line of Epoxy Grout products and services Bill Spitzer & Associates has recently brought on Basetek Bases into our wide range of solutions for keeping rotating equipment level.

Basetek Pump Bases are designed for ANSI/ASME pump combinations. They are made of a polymer composite called Zanite Plus, which replaces traditional materials such as iron, aluminum, and steel used in the manufacturing of many pump bases.

Using Basetek guarantees you an unmatched surfaced flatness compared to conventional steel designs and common vinyl ester concrete materials. Zanite Plus provides significant vibration damping, greater thermal stability, more resistance to twisting and diaphragming, and superior corrosion resistance. It is easier and less costly to install, plus requires no maintenance.

The big picture here is your equipment lasts longer and operates more efficiently for a healthier bottom line.
